Baptism of Jesus

John was baptizing in the
1. Sea of Galilee
2. Dead Sea
3. Pursian Gulf
4. Jordan River
Jesus told John to Baptize him Becuase
1. He was a sinner
2. He was starting his ministry
3. It was the right thing to do
4. To fulfill all righteousness
After Jesus was baptized
1. A dove came down and rested on Him
2. He was not wet
3. He took John's place and started baptizing others
4. he went into the wasteland for forty days
A voice from Heaven Said
1. John you did well
2. Your ministry begins now
3. You are my beloved Son
4. I am Pleased
After these Events John knew
1. Jesus was a propheg
2. he should continue baptizing
3. Jesus was the Messiah
4. He should stop baptizing others
When John learned the crowds were now going to Jesus he was
1. Jealous and began to complain
2. upset and told the crowds to come to him
3. Glad they were doing so
4. began a new ministry of his own
John had told the people
1. He was not Christ
2. He was the Christ
3. Belief was not important
4. To believe as they would
It was as if Christ were the bridegroom and John the
1. Bride
2. minister
3. The bridegroom
4. Friend of the bridegroom
John said Jesus must become greater and he, John must become
1. Invisible
2. Even Greater
3. Less important
4. equal
John said Jesus must become greater and he, John must become
1. We will be punished if we don't
2. It will make us important
3. We will make our parents proud
4. It is "the right thing to do"
